This weight loss "miracle drug", otherwise known as the hottest drug in Hollywood, has several influencers promoting it as a quick and easy way to lose weight. If you don't mind severe nausea, vomiting, and other gastrointestinal side effects that 85% of people who take it experience then you may agree with the proposed benefits. However, this drug was previously reserved for the management of diabetes when necessary and for good reason! The list of side effects is long and unless your life depends on it, you are more likely to be cutting your life short... who needs a pancreas anyway.
