Can You Really Be Healthy At Any Size?
In this week’s episode of the ATP Project, the team sits down to discuss the science behind obesity health risks and how an ‘any size’ mentality may not actually be healthy. While we agree that all bodies come in various shapes and sizes, the team wanted to take a dive deep into the large body of evidence assessing excess body fat in clinically obese people may be a contributing factor to heart disease, mental health, and life expectancy. We wanted to open this conversation on the real health risks of obesity and what actually happens in your body as your weight increases. Have a listen and let us know your thoughts below!
